Nudges para el ahorro y la inclusión financiera: recomendaciones para la Banca Pública desde el sector Fintech en Argentina

Resumen


Este trabajo estudia la relevancia del ahorro en el caso aplicado de Argentina y en el marco de la economía del comportamiento. Específicamente, analiza la literatura sobre los nudges orientados al ahorro e identifica empíricamente la ausencia de instrumentos afines en el sector financiero público local. Adicionalmente, mediante dos entrevistas de diseño propio se estudian las únicas dos empresas de tecnologías financieras (las Fintech Invuelto y Front) que aplican nudges para incentivar el ahorro en Argentina. El análisis permite concluir la ausencia de iniciativas afines en la Banca Pública y esgrimir recomendaciones de política pública tendientes a poner en práctica nuevos instrumentos en esta, analizando la viabilidad de su implementación y buscando contribuir al debate para la promoción de la inclusión financiera en Argentina mediante el ahorro.
