Automatización inteligente empresarial para la optimización operativa y la generación de valor rentable

Resumen


El estudio tuvo como objetivo proponer un modelo de adopción de automatización inteligente empresarial orientado a la optimización de procesos operativos y la generación de valor rentable en las organizaciones. Se desarrolló una revisión documental con orientación propositiva, organizada mediante un protocolo de búsqueda, criterios de inclusión y exclusión, matriz de extracción y codificación temática con 50 referencias académicas identificadas con DOI, priorizando publicaciones correspondientes al período 2020–2026 e incorporando antecedentes previos de especial pertinencia, junto con literatura internacional y latinoamericana en torno a los temas de automatización y robótica de procesos, analítica avanzada, inteligencia artificial generativa, gobierno de datos y evaluación económica de intervenciones digitales. Como resultado del análisis, la información fue integrada en cinco componentes: patrones conceptuales, fases de adopción, tipología de agentes inteligentes, indicadores de eficiencia y valor rentable y condiciones de gobierno y escalabilidad. Se concluye que la automatización inteligente puede aportar a la rentabilidad cuando no se limita simplemente a sustituir tareas, sino que se articula con rediseño de flujos de trabajo, calidad de datos, supervisión humana, medición del impacto y gobierno responsable. Es importante aclarar que el modelo propuesto no constituye un estudio exhaustivo, sino una guía conceptual que se puede adaptar a diferentes escenarios reales.
