Implementación del método Justo a Tiempo (JIT)

Resumen


El método JIT, sigla en inglés que significa: justo a tiempo es uno de los métodos más eficientes para facilitar el proceso de fabricación a través del manejo eficiente de materiales, lo que significa proporcionar los materiales adecuados en la cantidad y calidad correcta, con el fin de eliminar o reducir los residuos, produciendo de este modo el valor máximo para el cliente. El propósito de este trabajo es Implementar el método Justo a Tiempo en una empresa manufacturera, con el fin de reducir inventarios, tiempos de producción, tiempos muertos y al mismo tiempo mejorar la entrega del producto al cliente,  la calidad y el servicio. Para desarrollar esta investigación se aplicará una metodología exploratoria. Los principales resultados están encaminados a mejorar aspectos de gran relevancia como los pedidos, la materia prima, maquinaria, talento humano. Después de realizar esta investigación se pudo establecer la manera en cómo podría implementarse el método de Justo a Tiempo en una PyMe, de manera adecuada y eficiente.
